Move It or Lose It is designed specifically for those aged 50 and above who want to stay strong, balanced, coordinated and active... Without the intimidation of a large gym environment.

Classes led by a professional fitness instructor (Cert III and IV in Fitness, current CPR & First Aid and AUSActive registered)
Every class ends with a guided relaxation + breath work, leaving you energised, revived and zen.
