• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Massage and wellness appointments are governed by the separate Massage & Wellness Client Policy.
• You may need to complete an intake form, health waiver or consent process prior to your first appointment.
• The exact private studio address is supplied only through the confirmed booking process. The residential address is not displayed publicly.

Booking a massage or wellness appointment with Firmin Fitness & Wellness is also subject to the separate Massage & Wellness Client Policy, which covers deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, health information, safety and other appointment matters.

Prices, packages and availability may change from time to time. The price and availability that apply to your booking will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Payments are typically processed through Square. When you pay through Square, your payment is handled under Square's own terms and privacy policy.

Where products are offered, product descriptions, availability and pricing may change without notice. Any specific product terms presented at the time of purchase also apply.

• Gift cards are subject to their stated conditions.
• Gift cards will have at least the legally required validity period.
• Gift cards are generally not redeemable for cash or refundable for change of mind, except where required by law.
• Any specific voucher or promotional terms presented at purchase also apply.

Change-of-mind refunds are not generally provided unless stated. This does not affect the consumer guarantees, rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

Booking-specific cancellation and reschedule rules for treatments are set out in the Massage & Wellness Client Policy.

Treatment experiences and results vary from person to person. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of a particular outcome.

Before-and-after images are illustrative of the individual shown and are used only with the relevant consent. No particular outcome is guaranteed by the display of any testimonial or image.

The website copy, branding, design, graphics, photography and other content are owned by or licensed to Firmin Fitness & Wellness, unless otherwise stated. Third-party logos, Google reviews, award artwork and licensed materials remain the property of their respective owners.
