About the treatment

A gentle, rhythmic hands-on treatment.

Private, appointment-only studio in Lake Macquarie. Every treatment personally delivered by me.

This gentle, rhythmic massage is designed to encourage the natural movement of lymph fluid and support the movement of excess fluid through the body.

Many clients book when they are experiencing feelings of puffiness, heaviness, bloating or fatigue, or simply want a deeply relaxing treatment that supports their general wellbeing.

This is such an incredibly relaxing treatment, with minimal oil used and no wooden tools. It is performed entirely by hand, using gentle skin-stretching movements to encourage lymph flow.

Treatment may include the face, chest, abdomen, legs, ankles, arms, back and neck, depending on your individual needs and appointment.

Understanding lymphatic flow

How the lymphatic system moves fluid.

Fluid constantly moves between the bloodstream and the tissues around our cells. The lymphatic system helps collect excess fluid and other substances from the tissues and return them to circulation.

Unlike blood circulation, the lymphatic system does not have a central pump like the heart. Movement, breathing and muscle activity all help support lymph flow.

Lymphatic drainage massage uses gentle, rhythmic skin-stretching techniques to encourage this natural movement and create a calm, relaxing treatment experience.
